Antique Chinese Pools of Light Natural Honey Baltic Cognac Amber Necklace

Rare antique Victorian Pools of Light necklace with hand crafted Chinese Honey Cognac Baltic amber orbs suspended with thin gilded wire. This is an estate find, it is in fine condition, the orbs are beautiful, they refract light and glow as do the more common Pools of Light orbs. This is a very rare Pools of Light, I have not ever come across a necklace such as this, it is most likely a commissioned piece. The craftsmanship is superb, each orb has been shaped from a carefully chosen piece of amber, the largest measuring 15mm in diameter, the smallest measuring 10mm in diameter. A long necklace, measuring 30.5 in length, an exquisite piece from the Victorian period, circa 1880. This necklace has been previously owned, it is in excellent condition considering the age of the necklace. ALL SALES ON JEWELRY ARE FINAL.
